Hamas said this week that it’s willing to hand over control to the committee—but not in the way you might think.

The move raises plenty of questions.

Mr Whitcoff and Mr Kershner have no authority in Israel. Nor, in the so called behalf of Hamas. To dismiss the phase 1 requirements and “move to phase 2” is delusional.

I am not enthusiastic in the least about the plan. It's hard to believe that those who negotiated the plan, think that it's a good idea to have Qatar, Egypt &Turkey on the ground in Gaza!!
