Speaking on The Thinking Muslim podcast, Al-Shinqiti claimed that Western societies have strong institutions, but weak individuals. He said that changing these societies would require “a whole cultural revolution,” using Chinese terminology, and that Islam would give people a new motivation and vision for life.
