NEWSRAEL: Kamala Harris' home state has become unbearable. Even the "woke" are waking up!

In an effort to deal with the wave of shoplifting in California - state governor Gavin Newsom approved a package of laws against "retail crime".

The governor has signed 10 new laws aimed at stopping the rampant theft and retail crime across California.
