Dr. Nidal Jboor’s speech at the Detroit “People’s Conference for Palestine” crossed the line from free speech to violent incitement—public safety cannot wait.
At the People’s Conference for Palestine, held August 29–31, 2025 in Detroit, Dr. Nidal Jboor, a Michigan-based physician, declared: “They need to be locked up, they need to be taken out, they need to be neutralized,” targeting Jews in Israel, Washington, Europe, and beyond—an explicit call for violence that cannot stand unchallenged.
Such language isn’t abstract political rhetoric—it is open advocacy for assassination and suppression, entirely incompatible with the ethics of the medical profession and the Hippocratic oath of “First, do no harm.”
When a physician, sworn to heal, publicly calls for the elimination of human beings, we must act. Enough is enough—our communities, and our trust in healthcare, demand a response.
We cannot let this slide.
