17-year-old minor arrested on suspicion of placing a pipe bomb
A 17-year-old minor from the center of Israel was arrested on suspicion of placing a pipe bomb at the entrance to an apartment in Tel Aviv about six months ago.

Another suspect, 16 years old, was arrested along with him for involvement in the incident.
The background to the planting of the bomb is a conflict between criminal gangs.
