Senator Ted Cruz has introduced a new bill aimed at banning foreign billionaires, including George Soros, from secretly funding activist rallies such as the recent “No Kings” protest.
Under the proposal, such financing would be prosecuted as a RICO crime, empowering the Department of Justice to freeze the offenders’ bank accounts immediately.
Cruz says the move is meant to stop money from “fueling chaos across America.”
