The first step in the conquest and Islamization of a non-Muslim land is simply arriving there and establishing and increasing the Muslim presence, all while insisting that Islam is a religion of peace and coexistence is a cardinal virtue. 

Enforcing Sharia compliance on non-Muslims is the next step, accompanied by increasing belligerence and assertiveness. 

Then will come violence against the non-compliant.
