Instead, armed with an electrical engineering degree and a master’s from Stanford University, she proudly asserts her right to shape her life according to her aspirations, debunking the notion of an oppressive system.

"If not for Israel I would probably be illiterate, penniless, herding sheep. But I have an electrical engineering degree, I have a masters from Stanford University, and I have my right to live my life the way I wanted to live it."
