Leaked recordings and photos of Syrian recruits in the Russian army from the province of Sweida in the south of the country, showed that the Russian forces suffered heavy losses among their fighters as a result of the Ukrainian attacks on the Russian Kursk region. 

According to what was published by the Syrian website Al-Rasad, these audio recordings showed the feelings of fear and terror that dominate the Syrian recruits due to the growing threats they face at the front of the battle in the Saduza region of Kursk province, which was occupied by the Ukrainians.

One of the recruits trapped in the area warned, through voice messages, the people of his district against joining the ranks of the Russian army, stressing that enlisting in the Russian army means inevitable death.
