WATCH: Did Biden fall asleep AGAIN - this time in his meeting with Herzog?

It seems as though Joe Biden did better that in his meeting with ex-PM Bennett in which he obviously fell asleep while Bennett spoke to him.

Biden seems to be talking the whole time, but he looks like he is sleeping, and seems to be speaking word salad.

President Herzog looks very embarrassed.

If Netanyahu does meet with Joe B., we suggest he meet in the morning hours, maybe he will have better luck!
