While we do not know exactly what the deal includes, it seems that we can say with some certainty that it will force Hamas to return all the live and dead hostages at the beginning of the deal, and force Hamas to give up its weapons.
From what we know - President Trump is pressuring Qatar to expel the entire Hamas leadership if they do not accept his deal.
For: This deal would strip Hamas of its terror weapons, free all the hostages, and prove Trump’s strength in standing up to Islamist terror.
Against: Hamas has never given up power voluntarily, and many doubt that they will accept any deal that ends their control and terror capabilities.
