Defense Minister Israel Katz today (Monday) issued a direct threat to Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei after Tehran published a poster listing “assassination candidates” among Israel’s top political and security figures.
The poster featured Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Katz, Air Force Commander Tomer Bar, IDF Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir, former Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai, and other senior officials, each labeled with provocative titles.
Katz posted on social media: “I suggest the Iranian dictator Khamenei, when he leaves his bunker, to occasionally look up at the sky — we are waiting for him there.”
The Iranian poster described Netanyahu as a “criminal against humanity” and Katz as the “terror minister.”
