Over 400 million Chinese citizens have severed their ties with the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated youth organizations during a cross-continental campaign that has been going on for about 20 years.
One factor that has significantly influenced the opinions of citizens in China is the book "Nine Discussions on the Chinese Communist Party (https://epoch.org.il/9ping/)" published by the Epoch Times in 2004.
The action is carried out discreetly and the renunciation usually occurs under a pseudonym, to protect the safety of Chinese citizens. The process is carried out both in China itself (by volunteers who risk their lives for this) and all over the world, including Israel.
Shi-Wan Fleet, who survived the Chinese Communist Cultural Revolution and now lives in the United States, says that the communist ideology enslaved the minds of the Chinese. "Now I think they have found an opportunity to take part in this movement to free themselves from the deadly and poisonous influence of this ideology," adds Shi-Wan Fleet.
