WATCH: Turks demonstrate against Erdogan for a 5th night

Fifth consecutive night of widespread demonstrations throughout Turkey in protest of the arrest of Istanbul Mayor Ekrem Imamoglu are becoming more and more violent.

Protests against the arrest of Istanbul mayor Imamoglu are escalating all over the country.

In Bursa, police and protestors are engaging in mutual violence and many protesters have been injured in Istanbul, and the situation is getting worse.

Intense protests continue in Turkey since the government arrested the president's political rival.
