Kuwaiti Muslim Brotherhood figure Dr. Tareq Al-Suwaidan, who has been barred from entering the US and had his Kuwaiti citizenship revoked over alleged terror links, declared that Islam is destined to dominate globally and that Muslims must actively work to establish an Islamic civilization.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Al-Suwaidan insisted that Islam’s message is meant for all humanity—not just Arabs or Muslims—and rejected claims that Islam spread by force. He pointed to countries like Indonesia as examples where Islam grew without warfare.
He emphasized that belief in Islam’s global success is rooted in divine promise rather than political or historical analysis. According to him, Muslims must “strive” to bring about this outcome, warning that without effort, “we get nothing.”
Al-Suwaidan concluded by asserting that Islam will eventually reach every corner of the world, stating that no country today is without a Muslim presence and that its continued expansion is inevitable.
