Lebanese reports reveal Hamas terrorists from Beirut killed far from home while battling Israeli forces.
Lebanese sources report that Ibrahim Khalili and Hudhaifa Ghanaima, residents of the Palestinian refugee camp Shatila in southern Beirut, were killed during clashes in southern Lebanon.
According to these reports, the two were active members of Hamas’ military wing and died while fighting against IDF forces—despite living in Beirut, far from the southern front lines. Their presence in the combat zone highlights the expanding operational footprint of Hamas beyond Gaza, and into Lebanon, where Hezbollah maintains strong influence.
This development reinforces growing concerns that multiple Iranian-backed terrorist groups are coordinating activity across different fronts, potentially increasing pressure on Israel’s northern border and raising the risk of broader regional escalation.
