Putin Eyes N Korea Shells For Ukraine War, Russian Tech To Power Kim's Spy Satellites And Missiles?

Amid speculation of a Kim-Putin arms deal, the focus has shifted to the impact of North Korea's potential ammo supply on Russia's war in Ukraine.

In 2022, Russia turned to Iran to provide hundreds of explosive drones, which created a significant impact on the war. Earlier this year, the US accused Pyongyang of providing artillery shells to the Russian Wagner mercenary attack on Bakhmut in Ukraine.

North Korea boasts large stocks of Soviet war material, although in unknown condition, and mass-produces such weaponry.

However, North Korea's artillery performance has been questionable since the 2010 shelling of the South Korean island of Yeonpyeong, resulting in four deaths.
