Question of the Day: Should IDF renew attacks in Lebanon?
The Israeli government made a decision to agree to an American request that it stop attacking the Ali al-Taher ridge and the huge tunnel compound inside the mountain.
The decision was widely criticized inside Israel and has hurt Netanyahu and his party, the Likud in the polls. Was this a good decision?
Should Israel renew these attacks?
YES: Israel should renew the attacks because leaving Hezbollah’s Ali al-Taher ridge and tunnel compound intact gives Iran’s terror army time to regroup, rearm and turn a dangerous battlefield pause into a strategic threat against northern Israel.
