Hezbollah terrorists are in Yemen now. Why, and should Israel be concerned?

Iran spends billions of dollars yearly to support proxy terror groups that expand Iran's influence across the globe.
Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis and Shiite militias in Iraq are Iranian puppets doing Tehran's bidding.
It's been revealed that two of these groups,  the Houthis and Hezbollah are learning warfare tactics from each other in Yemen.
