Fighters from the Hasmonean Brigade, under the command of the 'Baram' formation (300), have been operating in southern Lebanon in recent weeks and are carrying out targeted raids in several areas in southern Lebanon as part of the forward defense effort.
The fighters, who took part in operational operations in Syria, the Judea and Samaria Division, the Gaza Strip and are now operating for the first time in Lebanon, began yesterday (Sunday) the first cycle of the brigade officers' course that will be held at the Hasmonean Brigade training base.
"The Hasmonean Brigade will continue to operate bravely in any sector where it is required," said the commander of the Hasmonean Brigade, Col. S., "In parallel with the operational activity, we will continue to train the future generation of ultra-Orthodox commanders who will continue to lead the brigade forward. This is another milestone for the brigade, which will continue to operate on the front lines of combat while maintaining the ultra-Orthodox lifestyle of its fighters."
