Khamenei has been removed from decision-making in the war - WHY?

Israeli senior official: Khamenei is in a difficult mental state, everyone who worked with him is dead and he is having a hard time with the replacements

"Iran International," a media outlet opposed to the regime in Tehran, reported this evening on behalf of a Western intelligence source that Iranian leader Ali Khamenei has been removed from decision-making due to a "poor mental state," while military commanders are hiding the reality of the war from him in order to manage his condition.
