After years of bitter rivalry between Egypt and Qatar, the Emir of Qatar arrives for an official visit to Egypt. 

This is the Emir of Qatar's first visit to Egypt since 2015, coming just days after the Saudi Crown Prince's visit to Egypt.
The Sunni axis has managed to overcome two significant conflicts: 

1) Saudi Arabia - Turkey  
2) Egypt - Qatar

Not to mention the alignment of the Sunni states to Israel.
