WATCH: Egyptian journalist: Religious fundamentalism and militias destroyed the Arab World

Former editor-in-chief of Egypt’s Al-Ahram newspaper Osama Saraya said in an interview with Ten TV (Egypt) that Iran must be held accountable for “what it committed in the Middle East.”

He said that it has caused the proliferation of militias most Arab countries.

Saraya explained that half the Arab countries are in a state of collapse, mentioning Sudan, Libya, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and Iraq.

He further said that religious fundamentalism and militias have destroyed the Arab world.
