Gaza influencers posted videos on TikTok reporting about the food sold in Gaza markets.

On August 21, 2025, AbdoShaeheen25 posted a video he recorded in a busy market, saying it was “flooded” with food and teeming with people.

On August 7, Nemerajjour posted a video in which he said that people are happy goods have entered the Gaza Strip and that prices have dropped. Holding up a package of feta cheese, he said that in the past it sold for 70–100 NIS, but the price had now gone down to 10 NIS.

Why is the food in the markets instead of free as aide? Guessing Hamas is off-loading the food cheap now that the aid is flooding in.
