Finance Minister Smotrich orders 130 million deduction from PA funds for terror victims

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has instructed the deduction of 130 million NIS ($35 million) from Palestinian Authority tax funds to be transferred to 28 families of terror victims.

The funds, some amounting to millions per family, will be distributed in the coming days.

The decision ends decades of delays caused by the Palestinian Authority's refusal to pay court-ordered compensation for terror attacks.
