WATCH: The IDF’s new Boeing KC-46 Pegasus arrival

This delivery is a monumental step for the IDF, primarily because it shifts Israel's long-range strategic capabilities from heavy reliance on foreign support to self-sufficiency.

The KC-46 is replacing the IAF’s aging Boeing 707 "Re'em" tankers, which have been flying for roughly 60 years and face serious structural fatigue, part shortages, and slower fuel-transfer rates.
