The IDF, led by the Northern Command and through the Air Force, attacked terror infrastructures and several weapons depots of the 'Radwan Force' unit in southern Lebanon.

The terrorist organization Hezbollah continues its attempts to rebuild its terror infrastructure in southern Lebanon and focuses on rebuilding the unit's capabilities to harm the State of Israel. 

Before the attacks, steps were taken to reduce harm to civilians, including the evacuation of the population, the use of precision weapons, aerial observations, and additional intelligence information. 

The depots that were attacked were located in the heart of a civilian population and constitute another example of the Hezbollah terrorist organization's cynical use of Lebanese citizens as human shields for the organization's operations from civilian properties.

The presence of terrorist infrastructure and the weapons that were attacked constituted a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon and endangered the residents of the area.

The IDF will continue to act to remove any threat to the State of Israel.
