THE NORDIC MONITOR reports that recent filings under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) reveal a multi-layered operation that includes registered lobbyists, legal advisers, political consultants, nonprofit organizations and public relations firms working in coordination.
These efforts span direct lobbying, legal strategy, political engagement and soft power initiatives.
