Survey in Egypt: Why isn't the army stopping the Gaza war?

A news site affiliated with the Egyptian opposition published an online survey about six days ago that was directed at Egyptian users.
The question was why in their opinion the Egyptian army is not acting to stop the "killing, starving, and exterminating of the residents of Gaza?"
Users were given three answers from which they had to choose one.
