Marine Le Pen would comfortably win the French presidency against any leading rival, according to a new Ifop poll conducted after an appeals court cleared the way for her to run.

Le Pen received 36% in every first-round scenario tested. Former prime minister Gabriel Attal trailed with 15%, while former prime minister Édouard Philippe received 19%.

In the decisive second round, Le Pen would defeat Philippe by 54% to 46% and Attal by 55% to 45%. Against far-left leader Jean-Luc Mélenchon, her advantage would widen dramatically to 70% against 30%.
