IAF attack in Beirut: Israeli signal to the president of Syria?

Another building that was attacked today in Beirut is in the neighborhood of Ras al-Naba north of Dahiyeh.

The building belongs to the Syrian Baath party in Lebanon, This is the ruling party in Syria headed by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Another 'hint" to Assad that it will be better for him to work with Israel than Iran.
