Gaza Division (143) forces, led by the Southern Command and the National Land Training Center, completed a large-scale multi-organizational exercise in the division's sector.
During the exercise, the division's forces in the command centers and in the field practiced various scenarios, including: a combined enemy attack, managing a high-casualty incident, preventing an attack on a post in the Yellow Line area, and more.
The exercise scenarios and course were built on the conclusions and lessons learned following the events of October 7 and during the fighting in the Gaza Strip, and the scope of the exercise is the largest of all exercises completed since October 7.
The exercise took place in parallel with the ongoing operational activity in the sector and with the aim of examining the implementation of the defense concept, dealing with complex events, and transitioning from defense to attack.
