Who is behind the attacks on Iraq's gas fields?
The Nziv Report 13.07.2022
In late June, UAE-owned Dana Gas' facilities in Iraqi Kurdistan area in Iraq were attacked. What was not reported at the time was that some of the facilities attacked were also the residence of the company's employees.
Journalists knew enough to report that the attacks were intended as a message to the company not to continue investing in the development of the Kurdish gas field.
"Iranian sources" of course, have their own explaination: The US and Israel were the real attackers in order to control the oil and gas production. It seems that Iran is trying to breat up the Sunni alliance being built in these days against Iran in any way possible.
