IDF Spokesperson: With more than 50 aircraft and in three areas in Iran: Nuclear weapons program facilities and weapons manufacturing sites were attacked
More than 50 Air Force aircraft, guided by intelligence from Aman, completed yesterday (Friday) an attack sortie against the infrastructure of the Iranian terror regime in three simultaneous areas in Iran.
The sites attacked included the heavy water plant in Arak, which was a key infrastructure for producing plutonium for nuclear weapons, and a unique plant in Iran used for producing explosives required for the uranium enrichment process located in Yazd.
The attack sortie included three waves of strikes lasting hours, during which central facilities of the nuclear weapons program in Arak and Yazd and weapons manufacturing sites of the Iranian regime forces were attacked. Among the sites attacked:
