The circulated footage of a so-called ‘bullet removal’ using an unfired round is a clear attempt by Hamas to manipulate and fool the public.

In this very unrealistic bullet wound video, the person in blue gloves uses forceps to extract what clearly looks like a complete, unfired cartridge— the pointed bullet tip still seated in its shiny brass casing, with no signs of firing, deformation, or residue. 

The whole thing is pulled out cleanly from a tiny, bloodless puncture on the patient's back.
