In what is a a fanciful election ploy, Member of Knesset Sami Abu Shahada (BLD) asks the UN to include the issue of crime in Arab society in Israel in the organization's agenda and to monitor what he defines as "the racist activities of the Israel Police".

In a message in Arabic that he published on Facebook, Abu Shahada called Banam the issue of crime in Arab society, which he says is being carried out against the background of "gross negligence by the Israeli establishment and the security mechanisms and the police."
