The head of a criminal organization Abu Latif, was brought to the Lod court for indictment.
After an investigation that lasted several years, the Israel Police recently brought the head of the criminal organization, along with 11 other criminals, to the Lod District Court for indictment.
The central unit in the Northern District and the unit for combating economic crime in Lahav 433 conducted the complex investigation.
The suspects were arrested about 45 days ago in a huge raid by the Israel Police and at the end of an undercover investigation that lasted several years and included close cooperation with the Tel Aviv VAT, the Money Laundering Prohibition Authority, the Tax Authority, the Haifa Income Tax, the Economic Department of the State Attorney's Office and the Guardian General.
