US President Donald Trump delivered a late-night address marking one month since the launch of Operation “Epic Rage” against Iran, declaring that the campaign’s main strategic objectives are “very close to being completed” and warning that Iran will suffer “very hard blows” over the next two to three weeks.
Trump said US forces had inflicted devastating damage on the Iranian regime, claiming its navy is gone, its air force is in ruins, much of its leadership is dead, and the IRGC’s command-and-control systems are being crushed.
He also said Iran’s missile and drone-launching capabilities had been dramatically reduced, while weapons factories and rocket launchers were being destroyed.
Reaffirming a pledge he says he made since 2015, Trump stressed that he would never allow Iran to obtain a nuclear weapon. He described the regime as the world’s leading state sponsor of terror and said giving such a regime nuclear arms would create an intolerable threat to both America and Israel.
