Last night we published the infamous video of the Wagner mercenaries laughing together after beheading at least two Ukraine POWs.

This is not the first time. In fact, though the first time documented was in 2019 and in Syria, the MO is the same:
The sadistic torturing of a helpless man while laughing.
The video attached from 2019 is of a Syrian man who deserted his Pro-Assad unit and was sadistically tortured by Wagner troops.
