The weapons were meant for terror attacks on Jewish targets across Europe
The Mossad revealed the exposure of Hamas terror infrastructure across Europe, confirming the discovery of weapons caches, including pistols and explosives, belonging to the son of senior Hamas official Bassem Naim in Vienna.

Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency has revealed a wave of uncovered terror infrastructure established by the Hamas terrorist organization deep inside Europe. The structures were built with the intent of executing severe attacks against Israeli and Jewish targets across the continent.
The operation was conducted in close cooperation with European law enforcement and judicial authorities, including those in Germany and Austria. These joint counter-terrorism efforts resulted in the arrest of several operatives and the exposure of weapons caches intended for use by terror cells on a "day of reckoning" against innocent civilians.
Key Weapons Find in Vienna
A major breakthrough occurred during a special operation by the Austrian Security and Intelligence Service in Vienna last September. The operation uncovered and seized a weapons cache containing pistols and explosive devices.
The subsequent investigation revealed that the weapons belonged to a Hamas operative named Muhammad Naim, the son of senior Hamas Political Bureau member, Bassem Naim, a figure closely associated with Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayya.
