Dozens of explosions are being reported in Bandar Abbas and on Kish Island as US forces expand their campaign against Iran for a second consecutive night.

CENTCOM said the strikes were ordered by President Donald Trump and are intended to further degrade Iran’s ability to threaten freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. The command said Iran is being held accountable for recent attacks on commercial shipping and civilian crews.

Iranian reports also indicate that loud explosions were heard near the Imam Ali base in Chabahar, while IRGC-linked channels claim that US Navy forces struck Konarak Port on Iran’s Makran coast in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
