Over the past period, and in violation of the ceasefire agreement, Hamas terrorists have been operating within the weapons component manufacturing site in order to try and restore the organization's capabilities.

The manufacturing site was struck while a number of Hamas terrorist operatives were inside, engaged in planning and executing terror attacks against IDF forces and the citizens of Israel.

The site was struck twice: The first time was with a drone and without prior warning - 4 Gazans were killed (the second part of the IDF Spokesperson's video).
