On September 13, 2023, the joint operations room comprised of various Palestinian resistance factions shared on its Telegram channel video footage of the “Al-Rukn Al-Shadid 4” military drill that it recently held.
The drill simulated a complex attack on Israel involving rockets, mortars, naval commandos, an attack on an Israeli tank, and the takeover of the Horesh Yaron Israeli military outpost in the West Bank.
