President Trump accuses the major banks in the U.S., especially JP Morgan and Bank of America, of political discrimination against conservatives and his supporters.
According to him, the banks previously closed accounts he had managed for decades without justified reason, and he plans to soon issue an executive order directing the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate systematic discrimination against people with certain political views.
On another matter, Trump yesterday welcomed the opening of a federal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice against senior Obama administration officials on suspicion of illegal use of intelligence during the 2016 elections.
Tulsi Gabbard, the U.S. Director of National Intelligence, also claims that severe political manipulation occurred aimed at undermining Trump's legitimacy.
