Yesterday afternoon, based on intelligence guidance from the Shin Bet, detectives from the Fields station and Magav settlement arm fighters in the Central District operated in the Tel Mond settlement to arrest suspects who, intended to carry out a terror attack.
Upon the forces' arrival at the complex where the suspects were staying, a rapid closure was carried out on the site. During the activity, one of the suspects was identified as he fled, and the forces initiated a foot chase after him
The suspect was arrested within a short time, and an additional suspect was located nearby after attempting to escape by jumping from the roof of a building, getting injured, and being arrested. The suspect received medical treatment on-site by medical personnel
In searches at the site, a vehicle was located, and inside it a vest, and the circumstances are being investigated. The two suspects, illegal residents from Hebron, were arrested and transferred for further investigation.
