WATCH: Israeli tourist assaulted in Greece

Four men waving Palestinian flags brutally beat an Israeli in Athens’ central square with a wooden pole before police rushed to detain them, while the victim’s partner tried desperately to protect him.

An Israeli IDF disabled veteran and his sister were arrested in Athens after being violently attacked by three masked individuals in a central city square.

The two, who, according to their family's testimony, did not respond with violence, are now awaiting a judge's decision after a night in detention.
