Israeli President Isaac Herzog issued a message to Jewish communities around the world on the eve of the anniversary of October 7th.

He said, “Our wounds still cannot fully heal because they are ongoing. we are all still living the aftermath of October 7.”

“With a vital spirit that has defined us, we will come together to recover again and again, and we will rebuild,” he said.
