Russia using African migrants as weapons against Europe
In recent months, surge in Benghazi-Minsk flights raises migrant crisis concerns.

The Telegraph reports that in the past two months, the number of flights from Benghazi, Libya, to Minsk, Belarus, has sharply increased.
The spike has fueled suspicions that these flights are part of a coordinated operation to move African migrants toward Eastern Europe.
According to assessments, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, and eastern Libya’s leader, General Khalifa Haftar, are working together to transport thousands of migrants.
