India cuts off water to Pakistan
Indian media outlet ANI reported that India cut off water supply to Pakistan through the Baglihar Dam, posing a threat to Pakistan's water and nutrition security.

In addition, India began working on new hydroelectric power projects after violating the Indus Waters Treaty.
New Delhi increased the reservoir capacity of two dams in Kashmir - Salal and Baglihar - without informing Pakistan and began "flushing" sediment from these reservoirs, which were previously limited under the terms of the treaty.
Islamabad described the move as a "declaration of war" and is preparing to file legal appeals against it.
