Newly exposed Hamas records show years of coordination with Hezbollah and Iran—and Hamas pressure on Nasrallah to join the massacre.
Previously unpublished Hamas documents reveal that the terrorist organization urged Hezbollah not to “disappoint” the Palestinians and demanded its support ahead of the October 7 attack.
In one letter, former Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh told Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah that the Palestinians were confident Hezbollah would support them “until victory is achieved.” A similar message was reportedly sent to Iran’s supreme leader.
The documents show that Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran’s Revolutionary Guards established a joint intelligence war room in Beirut during the 2021 Gaza conflict. Hezbollah allegedly warned Hamas about Israeli military activity, helped protect Hamas’s underground “Metro” tunnel network and assisted in preventing the elimination of a senior Hamas commander.
